Pros +

Near major highways and streets. Directly across from shopping center and a Walmart. Rooms were clean and air conditioning / heating was superb.
There was absolutely nothing to like about this motel.
The room and entire hotel was very clean, quiet and close to all the activities and shopping we had planned. We have stayed here before and definitely will again. The hotel is very easy to find and also convenient to get in and out of (traffic wise).

Cons -

This place was dirty and run down. The staff was rude and incompetent. I was supposed to stay for 4 nights, but left after the first night.
Yeah they double charged me on my credit card
It was a smoking hotel
